Once you've found a puppy you're interested in, submit an inquiry through their profile page. You can ask questions about health, temperament, delivery, or anything else. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Confirm Availability & Review Agreement
We'll confirm the puppy's availability and send you a reservation agreement. This document outlines all the terms, including the health guarantee, delivery options, and payment schedule. Review it carefully and ask any questions before signing.
Reserve Your Puppy
Submit the $400 non-refundable deposit to secure your puppy. The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price. Once received, your puppy is officially reserved for you and no longer available to other buyers.
Complete Payment & Receive Your Puppy
Pay the remaining balance before delivery or pickup. We'll arrange delivery via your preferred method (ground courier, air cargo, or flight nanny) or schedule a pickup appointment. Your puppy will arrive with health records, vaccination documentation, and a starter food kit.
