Mini Teacup Puppies accepts the following payment methods:

- Zelle – Direct bank-to-bank transfers
- Apple Pay – Fast and secure mobile payments
- Chime – Mobile banking payments
- Venmo – Peer-to-peer payments
- Interac e-Transfer – For Canadian buyers
Payment instructions are provided privately after your reservation request is confirmed. We do not process payments through our website to ensure maximum security.
2. Deposit Requirements
To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit of $400 is required. This deposit is applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy.
- The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the reservation agreement.
- The deposit is non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
- The deposit reserves the puppy for 14 calendar days from the date of confirmation.
- Payment instructions for the deposit are provided via email after reservation confirmation.
3. Full Payment Schedule
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the puppy is delivered or picked up. The payment schedule is as follows:
- Deposit: $400 – Due immediately upon reservation confirmation.
- Remaining Balance: Total price minus deposit – Due before delivery/pickup.
- Full Payment Deadline: The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of the deposit confirmation.
- Failure to Pay: If the remaining balance is not paid within the specified timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the following:
- Payment receipt and confirmation number
- Updated puppy availability status
- Delivery or pickup instructions (if applicable)
- Health records and documentation (if applicable)
5. Secure Payment Processing
We prioritize the security of your financial information. Our payment practices include:
- No On-Site Payment Processing: We do not process payments through our website. All payments are handled through secure, third-party platforms.
- Private Payment Instructions: Payment instructions are sent privately via email after reservation confirmation.
- Encrypted Communications: All communications containing payment information are sent through secure, encrypted channels.
- Data Protection: Your personal and financial information is never stored on our website servers.
6. Payment Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a payment, please contact us directly at info@miniteacuppuppies.com. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). For Canadian buyers, the exchange rate is determined by your bank or payment provider at the time of payment. We are not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations.
